Weddings : There is a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to hold the date. I work with all budgets to make payments work out for both parties. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to or week of the wedding date.

In the case of a cancellation, a minimum 30 days notice from date of wedding is required to receive full refund of the deposit. Less than 30 days will receive half of the deposit. If the remaining balance has been paid prior to the one week due date, and there is a cancellation, 30 notice is required for full refund paid. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of notice given. Less than 30 days, will receive half refund, being paid within 15 business days.

Portrait sessions: All portrait sessions require the full payment to secure your chosen date and/or time. No payment means no service.  In the case of a cancellation, minimum 48 hours notice from date of event is required to receive full refund. Refund will be paid within 48-hours. If less than 48-hours notice given, no refund applicable. In the case of rescheduling a portrait session, 48-hours notice is recommended.

Special events (ex. boudoir event): A specific retainer fee is required to secure your spot. Remaining amount is due day of event. If you are a no-show the day of event, with no prior notice given, the remaining amount is due within 24 hours. No refund is applicable. In the case of a cancellation, minimum 48 hours notice from date of event is required to receive full refund. Refund will be paid within 48-hours. If less than 48-hours notice given, no refund applicable. 

Additional Fees: For any travels outside of the Waterloo Region, travel fee of $0.75/km is applicable.
